1. What coaching is, and isn't

Coaching is support, guidance, and accountability to help you move forward. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal or financial advice. Elise is not a licensed therapist or doctor and does not diagnose or treat any physical, mental, or emotional condition.

2. Your health comes first

Keep following your doctors' advice. Don't start, stop, skip, or delay any medical or mental health care because of anything in coaching or a course.

3. If you're in crisis

Coaching is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking of hurting yourself, call 911 or 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) right away.

4. Your choices are yours

You are responsible for your decisions and their results. Coaching works best with your effort, and specific results aren't guaranteed.

5. Privacy

What you share in sessions stays private. It won't be shared unless you give permission or the law requires it.

6. Rescheduling and missed sessions

Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice counts as used.

7. Refunds

• Sessions that have taken place are not refundable.
• Unused sessions in a package can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
• Courses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't gone past the first module.

8. Course and session materials

Materials are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share, record, or resell them.
